Similarly, the screen still moves underneath the radar display, and the stationary radar with the moving background is slightly disorienting. Aircraft views and camera views do not need this setting, just the tower. Reduce motion setting: from the tower view, clicking a plane would shift the screen directly to the aircraft rather than scroll the screen, and the camera no longer follows the aircraft if the setting is enabled.
